What's new

Shipped, and _shipping._

The running list of what landed in the product recently. The newest work sits at the top, and everything here is live in the app today.

The help center grew nine full guides

Five guides by login and four by the job to be done, with the real button names, live displays of each flow, and a fix-it list for everything that looks broken but has a switch. Start at the help center.

Checklists now reach the crew's phones

Build a checklist, say who it is for, and it lands on their phone. Every tick records who did it and when, and a task that demands photos will not tick without them.

The time clock Off by default

Crew clock in from their own phones once you turn it on. It is deliberately behind two switches under Portals, and the screen warns you when only one is on.

The messaging dashboard GC plan

Groups per audience, an employee board, pinning, and send-to-all. Clients, employees and subs can never be put in one conversation, and that rule is enforced by the server, not just hidden in the screen.

Bids compared on the job GC plan

Record every number against the job and read them side by side: amount, inclusions, timeline, with insurance and W-9 status shown beside the price so the cheapest bid from an uninsured sub does not read as the cheapest.

A materials tracker on every job

Supplier, SKU, quantity, six statuses, the running cost, and what is still to buy. Reusable lists pull onto any job so the standard load-out is one tap.

Recurring service work, done properly

One folder, one visit log you name yourself, one billing stream, with the visit cadence and the billing cadence kept independent. A skipped visit is recorded with a reason, and a rained-off week shifts the whole remaining series in two taps.

Profit, shown two ways

Every job reads profit against what you billed and against what has actually arrived in the bank, because those are different arguments and only one of them pays wages.

1099 totals for January GC plan

What you paid every sub across the year, who crossed the reporting threshold, and who is missing a W-9, exported as a CSV your accountant can use directly.

Insurance warnings before the lapse GC plan

A nightly check reads every certificate on file and warns you before a sub's cover ends, and subs upload their own renewals from their portal.

Quick capture checks for duplicates

Type a lead in while the caller is still talking and the app tells you if it looks like somebody you already know, before you save. It warns, it never blocks.

Declutter for old leads

Archive or delete many leads at once. The delete shows you its list first and names every lead it refuses to remove.

Automations that say what they are missing

All six built-in automations ship switched off, and one that cannot run tells you exactly what is missing and hands you the button that fixes it. It never pretends to have sent something it could not send.

Starter document templates, seeded for everyone

A client agreement, a sub agreement, a completion certificate, and a lien waiver with a per-state disclaimer, all copyable into your library from Documents.

The employee portal grew up

Today and Work are always there; Jobs, Waiting, Tools and the rules pages appear only once your company actually uses them. Still not one dollar figure on any screen.
