Terms of Service
Effective 2026-09-29
These Terms govern your use of VuseDesk (the "Service"), operated by VuseDesk, a business registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. You must give accurate information. One workspace represents one business (a "tenant"), and your data is isolated from other tenants. You must be at least 18 years old and using the Service for business purposes. The Service is not offered to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Roles inside a workspace
A workspace owner may invite team members, clients and subcontractors. Each role sees a different part of the workspace. The owner decides who is invited and what each invitee is shown, and is responsible for those invitations being appropriate. Invitations expire and can be used once.
Your content, and who owns what
You own the content you put into the Service: contracts, photos, client details, invoices, messages and everything else you or the people you invite create. You grant us only the limited right to store, process, transmit and display that content in order to run the Service for you, and to make backups. We claim no ownership of it.
We own the Service itself: the software, the interface, the templates we supply, the documentation and the VuseDesk name and marks. Nothing here transfers any of that to you. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or create a competing service from it. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
Acceptable use
Your use of the Service is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy below, which forms part of these Terms.
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on the interval you choose. Full pricing, renewal and cancellation terms are in the Subscription and Billing Terms below, which form part of these Terms.
Availability, support and changes
We work to keep the Service available, and we do not promise uninterrupted access. We offer no formal uptime service level agreement, and we would rather say so than publish one we have not committed to measuring. Support is provided by email and phone during business hours.
We may change features, and we may change these Terms. For a material change we will post the new version here with a new effective date and notify account owners by email. Where the change requires your consent, including any change to dispute resolution, we will ask for it and record it before it applies to you. Continued use after a non-material change means you accept it.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that is not paid for, that breaches the Acceptable Use Policy, that is being used unlawfully, or that threatens the security or stability of the Service for other customers. Where circumstances allow we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. On termination for cause you keep the ability to export your data, except where a court, a law or an active fraud investigation prevents it.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from the content you put into the Service, the documents you send with it, your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, and your use of the Service in violation of law. We will tell you promptly about any such claim and let you control the defense, and we will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on you without your consent.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue or lost data. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so where a limit is not permitted it does not apply to you.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the dispute resolution section below, you and we agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and each of us consents to personal jurisdiction there. Nothing in this section limits either party from seeking injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorized access to the Service.
We serve customers throughout the United States. Your own state's consumer-protection law may give you rights that these Terms cannot reduce, and where that is so, those rights govern.
Informal resolution first
Before either of us starts a formal proceeding, we each agree to try to resolve the dispute directly. Send us a short written description of the problem and what you want, using the contact details below, and we will respond within 30 days. Most disputes end here, and this step costs neither of us anything.
General
These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference on this page, are the entire agreement between us on this subject and replace any earlier version. If a provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them to a successor in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, and we will tell you if that happens. Neither of us is liable for a failure caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Legal notices to us should go to the email address in the How to reach us section, which is our designated address for notices, including copyright notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send us the notice elements the DMCA requires and we will respond.
Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 2026-09-29
This policy forms part of the Terms. It exists so the Service stays safe for every business using it.
You must not
- Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to send documents, invoices or estimates you are not authorized to send.
- Attempt to access another tenant's data, escalate your own permissions, or bypass any access control.
- Probe, scan or test the security of the Service, or disrupt it, except through the good-faith vulnerability reporting route on our Security page, which we welcome.
- Upload malware, or content designed to execute in another user's browser or on our systems.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email or text messages, or to contact people who have not agreed to hear from you. If you use the Service to email or text your own clients, you are responsible for having the consent that the law requires, and for honoring opt-outs.
- Upload someone else's personal information that you have no lawful basis to hold. This matters most for the tax and insurance documents the GC plan collects: collect a W-9 because you need it to issue a 1099, not because the field exists.
- Resell, sublicense or white-label the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
- Use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond the export features we provide, or place load on it that degrades it for others.
- Misrepresent your identity, or impersonate another business, contractor or client.
Enforcement
We would rather talk to you than shut you off. Where a problem looks like a mistake we will contact you and ask you to fix it. Where it is deliberate, ongoing, unlawful, or a live threat to other customers' data, we may suspend the account immediately and tell you afterwards.
Subscription and Billing Terms
Effective 2026-09-29
What you are agreeing to when you subscribe
This section is the plain statement of the recurring charge, written out in one place because a subscription should never be a surprise. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page and on the checkout screen before you pay.
- The charge recurs automatically. Your plan renews by itself at the end of each billing period, and your payment method is charged again, until you cancel. There is no fixed end date.
- The interval is the one you pick at checkout, monthly or annual. The amount, the interval and the date of the first charge are all shown before you confirm.
- The renewal amount is the same as the amount shown at checkout, plus any seat or add-on changes you make later, plus tax where it applies. If we ever change the price of your plan we will tell you by email before a renewal at the new price, with enough notice for you to cancel first.
- You can cancel online, at any time, by yourself. Cancelling takes the same number of steps as subscribing and never requires a phone call, an email to support, or a reason. It is in your account settings under Billing.
- You will get a receipt you can keep for the initial purchase and for every renewal, by email, recording what you bought, the amount, the interval and the version of these terms you accepted.
Payment and failed payments
A valid payment method is required to activate a paid plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers. If a payment fails we retry it and email you. If it keeps failing, your workspace becomes read-only, which means you can still see and export everything but not create new work, and after a grace period the subscription is cancelled.
Cancellation
When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. There is no early-termination fee and nothing is cut off mid-period. We email you a cancellation confirmation. After the paid period ends, your workspace becomes read-only and you can still sign in and export your data.
Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not pro-rate a partial month or a partial year, except where the law where you live requires otherwise, or where we have made a billing error, in which case we will correct it. If you believe you were charged in error, tell us and we will look at it properly rather than pointing at this paragraph.
Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading takes effect immediately and is pro-rated by Stripe against your current period. Downgrading takes effect at the end of the current period, so you keep what you paid for. A downgrade may make features unavailable. Records those features created are not deleted; they become read-only, and they come back if you upgrade again.
Data after cancellation
We do not automatically delete a cancelled workspace, and there is no countdown. Your data stays available to you to export for as long as the account exists, and we would rather you were able to come back to it than find it gone. You can ask us to permanently delete it at any time and we will, other than records we are required to keep, such as payment records for tax purposes and signed documents where another party to them has a legal interest. See Your Privacy Rights for how to make that request and what happens to it.
Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-09-29
This notice explains what personal information VuseDesk handles, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers our website, our marketing pages and the VuseDesk application.
Two different roles, and why the difference matters
VuseDesk handles personal information in two distinct capacities, and nearly every question about your rights depends on which one applies.
- We decide the purpose (we are the controller) for information about our own customers and visitors: the account you create with us, your billing relationship with us, support conversations with us, and analytics about how our website is used. For this information, this notice describes what we do, and you can bring a request directly to us.
- The contractor decides the purpose (we are a processor, or "service provider") for the information inside a customer's workspace: their clients, their jobs, their employees, their subcontractors, the photos, the documents and the messages. We hold that information on the contractor's behalf and act on their instructions. We do not use it for our own purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
So if you are a homeowner, a client, an employee or a subcontractor who was invited into a workspace, and you want your information changed or deleted, the contractor who invited you is the right first stop, because it is their record. Write to us anyway if you cannot reach them or you do not know who they are, and we will help you identify the right workspace and pass the request on. We will not unilaterally delete a contractor's business records without instruction, because those records may be the other side of a contract.
What we collect, why, and how long we keep it
This is the complete list. If a category is not here, we do not collect it.
- Account information (name, email address, phone number, business name, time zone). Collected to create and run your account, authenticate you, and contact you about the Service. Source: you. Kept while the account exists.
- Your password. Never stored. We keep only a one-way hash combined with a server-side secret, which cannot be reversed into a password.
- Billing information (plan, interval, subscription status, invoice and payment history, the last four digits and brand of a card as Stripe reports them). Collected to charge you and to keep tax records. Source: you and Stripe. Full card numbers and security codes never reach us. Kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is generally seven years, even after an account closes.
- Workspace content (projects, clients, estimates, invoices, change orders, photos, documents, checklists, messages, schedules, expenses). Collected because it is the Service. Source: you and the people you invite. We are a processor for this. Kept while the workspace exists.
- Security and audit information (IP address and timestamp recorded against sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, signature events, permission changes, payment events, exports and other sensitive actions). Collected to keep accounts secure, to detect abuse, and to produce the tamper-evident trail that makes a signed document defensible. Source: automatic. Audit entries are append-only and are kept for the life of the workspace, because their value is that they cannot be quietly edited later.
- Sensitive information: taxpayer identification. On the GC plan, a subcontractor can provide a W-9, which contains a legal name and a taxpayer identification number that is often a Social Security number, and certificates of insurance. This is sensitive personal information and we treat it as such. It is collected only so the general contractor who requested it can issue a 1099 and verify coverage. It is visible only to that contractor's workspace. It is stored in private file storage under a random identifier, never in a public location and never derived from the uploaded filename. It is never included in our operational logs, never put into an email body, and never sent to any AI model. We do not use it for any purpose of our own. See the heightened handling note below.
- Website usage information (page visited, referring page, campaign parameters from a link you clicked, whether the device is a phone or a desktop, and two random identifiers stored in your browser so repeat visits are not counted twice). Collected to understand which pages are useful. Source: automatic, first-party only. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking technology of any kind. The full inventory is on our Cookies and tracking page. Kept in aggregate; we do not build a profile of you and cannot identify you from it.
- Support and sales conversations (what you write to us, by email, form or phone note). Collected to answer you. Kept while useful for that purpose and for our own records of what we promised you.
Heightened handling for W-9 and taxpayer information
Because this category can contain a Social Security number, it gets tighter treatment than ordinary job files, and we would rather state the specifics than say "we take security seriously".
- It is stored in private file storage. There is no public link to it, and the stored filename is a randomly generated identifier, so it cannot be guessed or enumerated from anything visible.
- Retrieving it requires an authenticated session belonging to the workspace that owns it, or a short-lived signed link that expires. There is no permanently public address for any file.
- It is excluded from our operational logging by design. Our request logs record only numeric identifiers, a role name, timing and size figures. They never contain a name, an email address, an IP address, a token or a document.
- It is not attached to notification emails. An email tells the recipient that a document is available and links them to the Service, where they must be signed in to see it.
- Access to it is recorded in the audit trail.
- Our own support staff cannot write to your workspace. A support session, if you ask us to look at your account, is read-only and enforced as read-only by the server, not merely hidden in the interface.
Who we share information with
We share only with service providers who help us run the Service, under contracts that limit them to that purpose and forbid them from using your information for their own. The current list, with what each one does, is on our Subprocessors page. In summary: cloud hosting, database and file storage; payment processing; transactional email delivery; text-message delivery where you enable it; bot protection on public forms.
We also disclose information where the law requires it, in response to valid legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of people and of the Service. If we ever receive a legal demand for a customer's workspace content we will tell that customer unless we are prohibited from doing so. If VuseDesk is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may transfer as part of that, and this notice will continue to apply until it is replaced by one you are told about.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal information, and we never have. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Under the state privacy laws that define those terms, we do not engage in either, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. If that ever changes we will say so here first and provide the opt-out the law requires.
- We do not use your workspace content, or anything in it, to train any AI model, and we do not send it to any AI provider as part of running the core platform.
- We do not place advertising or analytics technology belonging to another company inside the signed-in application.
- We do not use your information to make decisions about you by automated means that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child's information has reached us, tell us and we will delete it.
Automated signals we honor
Our website honors the Global Privacy Control signal and the Do Not Track header. If your browser or an extension sends either one, our analytics record nothing at all for your visit. This is enforced in the code before any request is sent, not as a preference we store afterwards. You can also turn analytics off directly on our Cookies and tracking page.
Where information is held
The Service runs on a globally distributed cloud platform, and content is stored and served from that platform's infrastructure. We do not transfer personal information outside the United States for any purpose of our own. The Service is offered to businesses in the United States and is not directed at people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland.
How we protect it
Every connection is encrypted in transit. The database and file storage are encrypted at rest. Access inside the application is decided centrally on every request rather than page by page, and permissions are enforced by the server, never by hiding a button. Our Security page describes the specific controls, and it deliberately avoids claiming certifications we do not hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not tell you otherwise.
If something goes wrong
If we discover a breach of security that has compromised personal information, we will investigate it, contain it, and notify affected customers and the authorities that the law requires us to notify, within the timeframes the law sets. Where the information involved includes a Social Security number or other identifier that carries a real risk of identity theft, we will notify affected people directly and explain what was involved and what to do about it. We maintain an internal incident response procedure so this is a rehearsed process rather than an improvised one.
Changes to this notice
When we change this notice we post the new version here with a new effective date, and we keep the version you accepted recorded on your account. For a material change we email account owners. Where the law requires your consent to a change, we ask for it and record it before the change applies to you.
Your Privacy Rights
Effective 2026-09-29
Several US states give residents rights over their personal information. Rather than publish a different notice for each state and make you work out which one is yours, we extend the rights below to everyone who asks, regardless of where you live. It is simpler, and it means we only have to build one process and get it right once.
What you can ask for
- Know and access. Ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and to tell you the categories, the purposes, the sources, who we have disclosed it to, and how long we keep it. Ask for a copy of the specific information itself.
- Correct. Ask us to fix information about you that is inaccurate.
- Delete. Ask us to delete personal information about you.
- Take it with you. Ask for a copy in a portable, machine-readable format. Workspace owners can also do this at any time, without asking us, using the export feature in the application.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising and profiling. We do none of these, so there is nothing to opt out of. The right is listed because you are entitled to know it exists and to have us say plainly that it does not apply here.
- Limit the use of sensitive information. We use sensitive information (a taxpayer identification number on a W-9) only for the purpose it was provided for, which is the narrow use the law already permits, and for nothing else.
- Not be discriminated against. Exercising any of these rights will never get you a worse price, a worse service, or a cancelled account.
How to make a request
Email us at [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or call (757) 782-8577. Tell us which right you are exercising and, if you can, which workspace it concerns. You do not need to use any particular form of words.
How we verify it is really you
Before we act on a request about a specific person's information, we have to be reasonably sure you are that person, because handing someone else's records to the wrong requester is itself a privacy failure. For an account holder, we verify by confirming control of the email address on the account, and we may ask you to sign in and confirm from inside the account. For someone who is not an account holder, we will ask for enough information to match you to a record, and no more than that. We will not ask you for a government identifier, and we will not create a new record about you in order to verify you. If we cannot verify a request to the standard the law sets, we will tell you why rather than simply refusing.
Someone acting for you
You can use an authorized agent. We will ask for written permission signed by you, and we may still ask you to confirm directly that you authorized the request. A parent or guardian may act for a minor.
How long we take
We confirm receipt promptly and respond substantively within 45 days. If a request is genuinely complex we may take up to a further 45 days, and we will tell you before the first 45 days are up, with the reason. Requests are free. If a request is excessive or repetitive we may charge a reasonable fee or decline, and if we do we will say which and why.
If we say no, you can appeal
If we refuse a request, in whole or in part, we will tell you in writing, explain why, and tell you how to appeal. To appeal, reply to that decision with "Appeal" in the subject line, or email [email protected] with the same. An appeal is reviewed by someone other than the person who made the original decision. We respond within 45 days with a written explanation of the outcome and the reasoning. If we still refuse, we will tell you how to contact your state's Attorney General to complain, and we will not treat your having complained as a reason to treat you differently.
When we cannot delete something
Two situations come up often enough to be worth stating in advance. First, some records we are required to keep: payment and tax records, and information we need to comply with a legal obligation or to defend a legal claim. Second, a signed document has another party to it. If you signed a contract or a change order through the Service, the other side has a legitimate interest in that record continuing to exist and continuing to be provable, so we will not silently destroy it at one signer's request. In both cases we will tell you exactly what we are keeping, why, and for how long, and we will delete everything else.
Electronic Signature Consent (ESIGN / UETA)
Effective 2026-09-29
This is a separate consent, presented to you on its own, because both the federal ESIGN Act and Virginia's Uniform Electronic Transactions Act treat agreeing to do business electronically as its own decision rather than something bundled into general terms. You are not required to sign electronically, and choosing not to will not cost you anything.
What you are consenting to
By signing a document in VuseDesk, you agree that your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten one, and that you are willing to receive and sign documents electronically rather than on paper.
What is recorded when you sign
Your signature is not a checkbox. Each signature records your typed name, the signature you draw, the account you were signed in to, the date and time, your IP address, and the exact version of the document you were shown. Those details are then written into the PDF itself and the document is flattened and locked, so the signed copy and the evidence of signing are the same file. Every step is also written to an append-only audit trail, so a change made afterwards cannot be made to look like it was always there.
What you need
A current web browser, an internet connection, an email address we can reach you at, and the ability to open and save PDF files. If you cannot do one of those, tell us and we will find another way.
Getting a copy, and keeping it
You can download the signed PDF at any time, and every party to a document can get their own copy. We recommend you save it somewhere you control rather than relying on us to keep it for you. You can also ask for a paper copy at no charge.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw this consent for future documents at any time, at no cost, by telling the contractor who invited you, or by telling us. Withdrawal applies going forward; it does not undo a document you have already signed, because the other party has already relied on it. If you withdraw, arrangements for paper documents will be made with the contractor directly.
Keeping your details current
Tell us, or the contractor who invited you, if your email address changes. An electronic signature process depends on being able to reach you.
Electronic Communications Consent
Effective 2026-09-29
You agree to receive account and project communications electronically, including notices that a document needs your signature, invoices, receipts, schedule changes and messages from your contractor.
- Transactional messages are part of the Service and cannot be switched off while your account is active. They are the Service working, not marketing: a document waiting for signature, a receipt, a payment reminder you asked to be sent.
- Marketing messages are opt-in and every one carries a working unsubscribe link, our postal contact details and a truthful subject line. Unsubscribing from marketing never affects transactional messages, and we act on an unsubscribe promptly.
- Text messages are opt-in separately. If you opt in, you can stop them at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with your project activity. Message and data rates may apply. We do not send marketing texts, and we do not share mobile numbers with anyone for marketing.
- If you use the Service to message your own clients, employees or subcontractors, you are the sender. You are responsible for having the consent the law requires before you contact them, and for honoring their opt-outs. The Service records opt-outs, and it will not let you override one.
- Paper instead. You can ask for a communication on paper, and you can withdraw this consent, by contacting us. Withdrawing it may mean you can no longer use parts of the Service that only work electronically, and we will tell you which before you decide.
Payment Authorization Terms
Effective 2026-09-29
These terms cover money moving through, and around, the Service.
Your subscription payments to us
By activating a plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method the recurring plan fee, plus any seat or add-on charges and any applicable tax, on the interval you chose, until you cancel. The amount, interval and renewal behaviour are set out in the Subscription and Billing Terms above. You can withdraw this authorization by cancelling, which you can do yourself, online, at any time.
Card details never reach us
Payment is collected on Stripe's hosted checkout. Your full card number and security code go from your browser to Stripe directly; they do not pass through, and are not stored on, any VuseDesk system. We receive back only what we need to show you which card is on file and to reconcile your subscription. We never ask for a card security code, and you should treat any message that appears to come from us asking for one as fraudulent.
Your clients' payments do not come here at all
The Service does not process payments from your customers. You collect payment from them however you already do, outside the Service, and record it against the invoice. VuseDesk never holds, transmits, or takes a cut of your customers' money, and is not a payment processor, a money transmitter, or the merchant of record for your work. What the Service produces is the invoice, the numbering, the receipt and the record. A refund to your customer is likewise made by you, directly, and recorded here.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you dispute a charge from us, please contact us first; we can usually resolve a billing question faster than a card issuer can, and a chargeback on an active subscription may suspend the workspace while it is investigated. If you dispute a charge without contacting us, we may suspend the account until it is resolved. Chargebacks and refunds between you and your own customers are between you and them; the Service records them and takes no part in them.
Platform Disclaimer
Effective 2026-09-29
VuseDesk is a software tool that helps you run your business. It is not a party to the agreements you make with your clients or subcontractors, and it is not a law firm, an accounting firm, an insurance agency or a financial advisor.
- Contract templates, change-order documents and completion certificates are starting points, not legal advice. You are responsible for making sure the documents you send fit your work, your trade and your jurisdiction.
- Tax features, including 1099 totals and the reporting threshold the Service flags, are conveniences for you and your accountant. They are not tax advice and not a substitute for a professional. The Service tracks the federal reporting threshold for each tax year, and you remain responsible for your own filings.
- Insurance features record what a subcontractor gave you and when it expires. They do not verify that a certificate is genuine or that coverage is in force, and they are not an insurance product or a broker service.
- Scheduling, reminders and automations are tools, not guarantees. You remain responsible for the work getting done and for what you tell your customers.
- Add-on services we offer, such as consulting or custom software, come with their own scope and their own terms. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
- If we build custom software for you, the statement of work for that project governs it, including what it does, who owns it, and what it is and is not certified or approved for. Some things we can build, including anything touching biometrics, recorded calls, patient records, employee location tracking or automated calling, carry legal obligations that fall on you as the operator. We will tell you what we know of them in writing before we build, and you should take your own advice. We will not deploy something in a configuration we believe is unlawful.
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the contracts, invoices and other content you create with the Service.
Consulting sessions
Effective 2026-10-07
Consulting sessions are paid in full when you book. Paid sessions can't be cancelled. Consulting is advice and planning. Implementation, development, and other project work are quoted separately. These sessions do not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice.
How to reach us
Effective 2026-09-29
One place, so you are never hunting for the right address.
- Anything at all, including legal notices and DMCA notices: [email protected], or (757) 782-8577. This is our designated address for notice under these Terms.
- A privacy request or a privacy appeal: the same address, with "Privacy request" or "Privacy appeal" in the subject line, so it is routed and tracked as one. See Your Privacy Rights.
- A security vulnerability: the same address, with "Security" in the subject line. Please give us enough detail to reproduce the issue and a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it publicly. We do not pursue good-faith researchers. See our Security page.
- A postal address for formal service of process is available on request, and we will provide it promptly to anyone with a legitimate need for it. We do not publish it, because the business operates from a private residence.
