A person reads it and writes back, to the email address you gave. If you left a phone number and asked for a call, you get the call instead. Nothing here auto-answers you.

Put these in the message

Which app you were in. The console you run the company from, your client’s portal, your crew’s portal, or the subcontractor portal.
What you were trying to do, and what the screen said instead of doing it.
The name of the job, the invoice number, or the document you were looking at.
Phone or laptop, and which browser.
For anything about billing, which plan you are on: Contractor or General Contractor.

Each one takes a sentence. Together they are the difference between a first reply that answers you and a first reply that asks you five questions.
