Custom software and AI automations

Custom software for the way you already work.

We learn how your company handles leads, sells jobs, communicates with customers, and delivers its work. Then we build systems that reduce repetitive tasks and give your team more time to serve customers and grow.

The process starts with a free introduction. Before development begins, you receive a written scope, project price, and clear ownership and ongoing cost terms.

What we build

  • Custom customer relationship management systems
  • AI automations and lead nurturing
  • Sales, intake, and follow-up workflows
  • Client and employee portals
  • Database and document management
  • Scheduling, reporting, and internal business tools

What this can look like in your business

A connected intake process, a client portal, or an assistant that prepares follow-up after a customer call. The right system depends on how your company works.

Learn how we work

How we work

  1. Initial call
Tell us what your company does and what you want to improve. We discuss whether custom development is the right next step.
  2. Learn your business
We review the relevant workflow, tools, forms, and handoffs so the system fits the way your team actually works.
  3. Bidding call and agreement
We review the proposed build, price, and delivery expectations. The scope of work and contract are agreed before development starts.
  4. Build and fulfillment
We develop and test the approved system, review it with your team, and complete the agreed setup and handover.

Finish the call. Keep the work moving.

An estimator finishes a customer call and approves turning the lead into a job. The system uses the collected information to prepare the job record, draft the follow-up in the company's usual style, attach the right forms, and organize the next tasks.

The estimator reviews what needs approval, then moves on to the next customer. The system handles the repeated preparation around that decision.

Built for your business, with ownership agreed upfront.

Our aim is to give you a system you own and can keep using. Your proposal defines the deliverables, source code ownership, third-party services, and any hosting or maintenance you choose.

Ongoing operating costs are explained before the build. You can ask us to host, maintain, or improve the system, with those services priced separately.

You may not need a custom build.

If the problem can be solved with a cleaner workflow, an existing VuseDesk tool, or a smaller integration, we should find that before building a larger application.

Do it yourself instead

If you run a contracting business, read what VuseDesk already includes first, because we would rather you found that out there than after a quote.

Questions

What does a custom build cost?
The price depends on the work involved. We first understand the process, then review the proposed build and price with you. Development starts after the scope and contract are agreed.
How long does it take?
The timeline depends on the scope, integrations, and review required. We define the delivery expectations in the proposal.
Do we need to know exactly what to build?
No. Start with the work you want to improve. We help determine what should be built, automated, or kept as a human decision.
Will AI make decisions for the company?
The system's permissions and approval points are defined around your process. Repetitive preparation can be automated while important decisions stay with the people responsible for them.
Do we own the system?
Ownership and handover terms are agreed in the proposal before development. Third-party services and their costs are identified separately.
Can VuseDesk manage it afterward?
Yes, where included in an agreed support arrangement. Hosting, maintenance, and future improvements are scoped and priced separately.
