What it does

Manufacturing Production & Shop Floor Tracker

This replaces the whiteboard and the pile of spreadsheets with a live production system your whole floor can see. Every work order moves from released to finished goods on one board, jobs route across machines and work centers automatically, and you watch output against scrap in real time. At any moment you know exactly where each part sits, what each machine is running, and which jobs are behind before the customer has to ask.

  1. A work order is released with its routing, quantity, and due date already attached.
  2. Each station scans the job in and out, so the board updates the second work moves.
  3. Output, scrap, and downtime are logged at the machine, feeding yield and cost figures automatically.
  4. Finished quantities flow into stock, and anything behind schedule is flagged before it becomes a late shipment.
