Compare · Jobber
Jobber is the best-known name in home-service software, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. Here is where they are genuinely stronger, where we are, and a calculator that runs on your numbers instead of ours.
VuseDesk's side of this table is exact and checkable today. Jobber's side sends you to their own sheet on purpose: their numbers change, and a comparison that quotes a competitor's stale price is a comparison you should not trust.
Said here, above the fold of our own argument, because a comparison page that concedes nothing is an ad.
Jobber connects to QuickBooks. VuseDesk deliberately does not: your clients and payments export as clean CSVs, which is the file a bookkeeper asks for, but there is no live sync. If a live sync is non-negotiable, they are the better fit today and we would rather say so here.
Jobber has been reviewed for a decade. We are newer, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we offer instead is a product tour that opens in your browser with no account, so you judge the software instead of the review count.
Jobber offers client financing options. VuseDesk does not move money at all, in either direction, on purpose.
We are not going to quote Jobber's numbers, because they change and this page should not pretend to track them. Open their price sheet, put their numbers in, and read the year side by side.
Their year, on your numbers$1,788.00
VuseDesk's year$479.88
Card processing is charged by the processor either way and is left out of both sides. Your numbers, our arithmetic; nothing leaves this page.
The product tour opens in your browser on a fictional company. No account, no session, nothing saved.
