Compare · Housecall Pro
Housecall Pro is a strong pick for high-volume residential dispatch, and this page is not going to pretend otherwise. Here is where they are genuinely stronger, where we are, and a calculator that runs on your numbers instead of ours.
VuseDesk's side of this table is exact and checkable today. Housecall Pro's side sends you to their own sheet on purpose: their numbers change, and a comparison that quotes a competitor's stale price is a comparison you should not trust.
Said here, above the fold of our own argument, because a comparison page that concedes nothing is an ad.
Housecall Pro can put you in front of homeowners through its own booking surfaces. VuseDesk brings you no leads: it captures the ones your own phone, website and QR codes already produce, and refuses to take credit for demand you generated.
They run deeper into consumer payments hardware and financing. VuseDesk keeps to card and ACH through your own account, or record-only mode when you prefer checks and Zelle.
More integrations exist for them today. Our position is narrower on purpose: one system that runs the job end to end, exported as CSVs you own.
We are not going to quote Housecall Pro's numbers, because they change and this page should not pretend to track them. Open their price sheet, put their numbers in, and read the year side by side.
Their year, on your numbers$1,788.00
VuseDesk's year$479.88
Card processing is charged by the processor either way and is left out of both sides. Your numbers, our arithmetic; nothing leaves this page.
