What it does

Keycard & Fob Access Control

Gives every employee a card or fob that opens only the doors they are allowed through, on the schedule you set, using the reader and panel hardware you already have or bring in through your own installer. If a card is lost or someone leaves, you deactivate it from a screen instead of changing locks.

Where it fits

The pipeline, stage by stage

ApproveThe request is approved and an access level is assigned.

ActiveThe person enters allowed doors on schedule while every swipe is logged.
RevokeOn loss or departure, the credential is deactivated instantly.
  1. We connect the software to the card and fob readers already on your doors, or to ones your own installer fits, and tie them into the panel.
  2. Each person is issued a card, fob, or phone credential tied to their access level.
  3. People tap to enter doors they are cleared for during their allowed hours.
  4. Every entry attempt, allowed or denied, is logged automatically.
  5. You issue, change, or cancel any credential from the dashboard at any time.

What has to be decided

Before the quote

We map access levels to your roles, shifts, and buildings, and can auto-lock or auto-unlock doors on any schedule. Credentials can be plastic cards, fobs, or phone-based, and can be combined with a PIN for higher-security areas. Reader and panel hardware is either what you already have in place or sourced and installed by your own vendor; we handle the access rules and the software.
