What it does
Fingerprint & Biometric Locks
Software that runs fingerprint locks instead of a key or shared code, using the reader locks you already have or ones fitted by your own installer. Access belongs to the person, not a key that can be copied or a code that gets passed around, and every unlock is recorded.
- Secure a medication room, cash office, or records closet to a short approved list.
- Stop resetting a shared code every time someone leaves.
- See exactly who opened the safe room and when.
- Enroll a new employee in under a minute at the door.
- Keep a backup code for the rare guest who needs in.
Where it fits
Trigger, work, handoff
- Each approved person enrolls their fingerprint once at the reader.
- The lock stores a secure signature of the print, not a picture of your finger.
- To enter, the person touches the reader and the door opens on a match.
- The unlock is logged with the person's name and the time.
- You add or remove people from the admin screen whenever staff changes.

What has to be decided
Before the quote
We choose which doors get biometric locks and who is enrolled on each, and can require a second factor such as a code or card for your highest-security rooms. A backup entry method is always set up for guests and emergencies. The lock hardware itself is either what you already have installed or supplied and fitted by your own locksmith or installer; we run the enrollment, access rules, and logging.
